The WiT | Employer of Choice Award Sponsored by Office for Women has been established to acknowledge and accolade employers who have successfully taken clear steps and leadership towards providing women and men with a more flexible, equal, family friendly and accommodating workplace. (Note: At the time of the interview we will interview the employer and a staff member)

Eligibility

This category is open to any member or employer of a member demonstrating outstanding commitment to providing a working environment that embraces equal opportunity, flexibility in work practices, and programs that otherwise allow women and men to participate equally in the workforce.

Selection Criteria 2: (20%)
Workplace flexibility is important for many employees but in particular those who are parents, carers or who have outside work interests (e.g. sporting or volunteering interests).
